Vic Mensa starts off the video for "Feel That" feeling burnt out and uninspired on music, his career, the whole game. So, naturally, the young rapper takes an eye dropper and plops some liquid into his ear and everything slowly starts looking up (and sideways and slantways) from there. He's shirtless jumpin' on his couch, he's throwing cash on women cruising in a convertible, and the conclusion is, of course, a basement party. What else do you expect from a dude who filmed his last video at the late, great DIY music venue/party-kid sanctum 285 Kent? If you're gonna trip balls, it might as well be at an underground party where Chance the Rapper is strutting his stuff on the dance floor. If that can't get Mensa out of his bummed-out mood, what can?
