If you're looking for a new place to live and also a way to Venmo Rihanna once a month, you might be in luck. The singer is renting out what Variety refers to as a "micro-compound" for $16,500 a month.
The West Hollywood house is 2,886 square feet, with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and a guesthouse. Rihanna reportedly bought the house in August 2017 for $2.75 million and put it back on the market for $2.85 million a few months later. Right now the house is extremely blank and extremely free of Rihanna, but the right tenant could potentially change both of those things. In my experience, landlords eventually answer the phone, and sometimes even show up when you have problems, so I guess the plan here would be to break the house until Rihanna has to come fix it. That, or throw a children's birthday in the backyard.

And maybe the costs to repair the sink you broke to meet Rihanna.
