Tonight Lady Gaga tweeted her resignation from pop music. If this isn't an April Fools' Day joke, this move pretty much confirms that Gaga is transitioning into the Cher phase of her career: She's getting into acting, she's already conquered the Academy Awards, and she's sending out cryptic tweets.
