When it comes to the BET Awards, the popularity of denim has had its ups and downs. It may have ruled the red carpet out the gate, but tastes change, and the turnt denim looks we had come to expect grew somewhat scarce. Don't worry: we've still got hope. Tune in to this year's show tonight, June 28th, to see who is keeping the jean dream alive.

1. In 2001, Jagged Edge knew what they were doing in coordinated sea blue
