Dave Sitek’s Maximum Balloon project released a new track today featuring Sitek’s TV On The Radio bandmate, Tunde Adebimpe, and the Yeah Yeah Yeahs’ Karen O. “Let It Grow” is a head-over-heels love song: I don’t want to see another one/ cause I only want to look one way and that’s at you/ I don’t wanna hear another word/ cause I’m only gonna feel one way if I can’t stay with you. Karen O emphasizes her fragile high register, while Adebimpe serves as a reassuring backing vocalist.
