The final day of OVO Fest 2015 doesn't begin in earnest without its first surprise appearance, and on Monday night it was PartyNextDoor. The OVO Sound singer performed "Welcome To The Party" for the audience in Toronto's Molson Amphitheatre. Think of it as the heralding for Drake's performance.
