Watch Cities Aviv’s “No GMO” Video

The rapper Cities Aviv shared a short, sharp visual for "No GMO" today. The clip, directed by Rimar Villasenor, is aggressively black and white, as if the MC is being scrutinized by a poorly-working X-ray machine. The rapper told i-D, "This song is a way of scaling things back and saying, 'what's really good with you, though?' to someone you're feeling." The beat is scaled back too, not much more than a thin stream of drums. Aviv provides the only hint of melody when he intones the title phrase like it's a come-on.
