Kesha's mother Pebe Sebert has withdrawn her counterclaims against Dr. Luke, who she accused of intentional and negligent infliction of emotional distress among other things, according to Hollywood Reporter.
Dr. Luke's original lawsuit against Sebert, which was filed in Tennessee, claimed defamation and tortious interference. Sebert filed counterclaims but withdrew on Tuesday. Sebert's lawyer Alex Little said in a statement on behalf of his client, "She has decided to move on and find peace and forgiveness in her heart rather than dwelling in the cancerous past of an ongoing lawsuit with no end in sight."
Kesha is planning to release "True Colors", a collaboration with dance music produced Zedd, on Friday.
