It Seems That Lil Wayne’s Prison Memoir Will Be Coming Out In October

Lil Wayne's long-rumored memoir Gone 'Til November, an account of his time on Rikers Island, looks like it will be published on October 11. Noisey has discovered that websites like Barnes & Noble, Penguin, and the Apple Store are taking preorders for the book. From the Penguin website, the book's description reads:

"From rap superstar Lil Wayne comes the long-awaited GONE ‘TIL NOVEMBER, a deeply personal and revealing account of his time spent incarcerated on Rikers Island for eight months in 2010."

Wayne served eight months of the one year sentence he received in March 2010, after pleading guilty to attempted possession of a criminal weapon. The FADER has reached out to representatives for Lil Wayne and Penguin for comment.
