On September 30, Solange Knowles released her third studio album, A Seat at the Table. As Solange mentioned on Twitter, the album took the better part of four years to record, and she has charted the process with a new documentary entitled A Seat at the Table, Beginning Stages. The short film shows Solange working on album cuts "Don’t Touch My Hair,” “Mad,” “Don't You Wait,” and more.
