After releasing Coolaid, his fourteenth studio album, in July, Snoop Dogg has taken to Instagram to share a snippet of a new song, featuring a beat sampled from Montreal beatmaker Kaytranada and Toronto group BADBADNOTGOOD's "Lavender." On the upcoming song, Snoop seems to address recent police killings: Trying to keep from dying in these muthafuckin' streets/ Fuck the police and later. Later in the song, he raps, It's all on camera and they still don't believe him.

The collaboration appears to have stemmed from an Instagram post earlier this year in which Snoop can be seen listening to The Internet's Kaytranada-produced album cut "Girl." Matthew Langille, the manager for BADBADNOTGOOD, reposted the track on his Instagram and confirmed that the song is produced by the band and Kaytranada. Listen to snippets of the upcoming song below.
