Report: Kanye West Released From Hospital

Kanye West has been released from UCLA Medical Center on Wednesday afternoon, according to a report from TMZ. The artists has been hospitalized “for his own health and safety” since November 21.

As TMZ reports, "Kanye is at home with Kim Kardashian and their kids. We're told he left the hospital under the care of Kim, and his personal physician, Dr. Michael Farzam."

A source confirmed to The FADER on Wednesday that West had requested a studio set-up in his hospital and described him as “eager to work.”

A representative for Kanye West did not immediately return a request for comment.
