Daniel Caesar Pays Homage To The Doors In His Video For “Get You”

Daniel Caesar, subject of a recent GEN F profile and Toronto singer-songwriter, shows off his classic credentials amongst other works of art in his new video for "Get You." Although featured artist Kali Uchis doesn't appear for her contribution to the original song, BADBADNOTGOOD show up to offer their jazz/hip-hop bonafides as Caesar's backing group. The video is an homage to a '60s performance of The Doors on Canadian music show, The Rock Scene: Like It Is. And with so many shots of dancing women in the audience, it's hard not to feel like Caesar's tender words aren't addressed to all of them individually. Watch above.
