ScHoolboy Q Says He’s Working On A New Album For 2017

Despite releasing his Blank Face LP in July, ScHoolboy Q has already announced that he is working on a new album for next year. Following the final date of his Blank Face tour, The TDE rapper took to Instagram on Sunday night, posting a picture of himself holding an armful of foreign currency with the caption, "Euros, pounds, and sum moe sHit!!! BLANKFACE TOUR IS OVER.... new album 2017 fuck a break I'm already ready."

ScHoolboy Q's Oxymoron was released in 2014, and the Los Angeles native took two years to complete his next full-length. TDE released five new project in 2016, including albums from Q, Kendrick Lamar, Isaiah Rashad, Ab-Soul, and their latest signee Lance SkiiIwalker. On Instagram, Q also congratulated his daughter for winning MVP of her soccer league, writing that he was "Back to soccer dad wHile finisHing new album."
