Nicolas Jaar Is Releasing A Book, Network

Nicolas Jaar will release a new book, Network, at this year's LA Art Book Fair in February. A collaborative effort between Jaar's Other People imprint and Printed Matter, the book is the final phase of the multi-platform initiative that spawned his Other People Radio Network.

The 336-page publication is an extension of the "semi-fictitious" network of streaming radio stations, and compiles "visual essays," "poster artwork," and "loose transcriptions" documenting the stations' content. As Printed Matter puts it, "Network gives theoretical consideration to the inherent political possibilities of radio broadcast." You can pre-order a copy here.
