Future Reckons With His Past In The “Use Me” Music Video

Future's song "Use Me" is a sad, not unreasonably cynical song about the isolation and distrust fame can bring. The only person the Atlanta rapper has to rely on is himself, and the song's video articulates this feeling with a haunting economy. A boy, presumably an apparition representing Future's younger self, picks up present day Future from a diner in an expensive car. The pair drive through the night, to a destination that's the site of some significant trauma for the both of them.

"Use Me" appears on HNDRXX, the second of Future's back-to-back number one albums in two weeks (his self-titled album was released on February 17).
