DJ Khaled’s Grateful Has Gone Gold
“I’m The One” is now a triple-platinum single.
DJ Khaled's Grateful album has officially gone gold, moving over 500,000 album equivalents. The Recording Industry Association of America announced the milestone on Friday.
In addition to Grateful going gold, singles "Shining" featuring Beyoncé and JAY-Z and "Wild Thoughts" featuring Rihanna and Bryson Tiller went gold as well. Song of the summer contender "I'm The One," which features Justin Bieber, Quavo, Chance the Rapper, and Lil Wayne, went triple-platinum, having moved the equivalent of 3 million copies.
DJ Khaled's only other album to go gold was 2016's Major Key.
