London producer Vegyn has made a name for himself over the past year for his collaborations with Frank Ocean on Endless and Blonde. But he's also earned a reputation as expert curator as the host of Ocean's blonded Radio show and founder of his own PLZ Make It Ruins label.

Among the label's most exciting new artists is ARTHUR, a 20-year-old Delaware County, Pennsylvania native and multi-instrumentalist. Arthur's new single "AB," which premieres on The FADER today, is an infectious snippet of folk-pop glory about his routine visits to hospital. "She drinks my blood and I drink water," he sings on the song's opening line.

"I wrote AB on a really cold day in a warehouse," ARTHUR explained to The FADER over email. "I was wearing a big jacket and I could see my breath when I recorded it. Most of which was on a iPhone. It's about the euphoric sensation you get after you get blood work done. I'm diabetic so Im supposed to get my blood drawn every six months or so. Writing it made me realize I have no idea what blood type I am."
