The Toronto singer was allegedly in possession of Xanax and Oxycodone.
PARTYNEXTDOOR was taken into custody and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance in New York on Friday, WIVB reports.
The Toronto native was riding in a bus across the U.S.-Canada border when the vehicle was stopped and U.S. Customs and Border personnel called in state troopers for an inspection. PND was found with Oxycodone and Xanax, and another passenger in the vehicle was also found with Xanax. Both men were issued appearance tickets.
