Rina Sawayama just came through with the ultimate Valentine. Last year, the London-based artist released her fascinating debut record Rina, a saturated and anxiety-riddled project that drew from hyper pop of the early aughts and Sawayama's youth in Japan. Today, she's gifted us with a new single, "Valentine (What's It Gonna Be)."

The heart-shaped, cyber pop ultimatum finds Sawayama reasoning "your gendered principles were so incompatible / but it's not impossible for us to have it all." It's precisely the snappy and single anthem that tonight calls for. Listen below.
