Grime MC Stormin has passed away

Stormin, a London-based MC with a history in both the grime and drum 'n' bass scenes, has passed away, Clash reports. He was diagnosed with skin cancer in 2016. Artists including Skepta and Novelist have paid tribute to Stormin following the news.
The MC first made his name in the grime world when he formed N.A.S.T.Y. Crew alongside grime MCs Kano, D Double E, Footsie, and Jammer. He also made drum 'n' bass as a member of the SASASAS crew.
Stormin was diagnosed with skin cancer in 2016 and spoke openly about his battle. His final Instagram post, shared on February 9, saw him in a hospital bed alongside the message "keeping strong and fighting hard."
