Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross to score Jonah Hill’s Mid90s
The skate movie is due out October 19.
Jonah Hill's directorial debut, MId90s, will be scored by Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross, Pitchfork reports. Reznor, of Nine Inch Nails, and his partner have previously made the scores for films including The Social Network and Gone Girl.
Mid90s is a grungy, '90s-era coming-of-age flick about a 13-year-old skater growing up in a troubled home and finding escape through his skate crew. The film is produced by A24, who have also produced Lady Bird, Moonlight, and The Florida Project.
Last year, Reznor and Ross provided the score for Ken Burns’ documentary series The Vietnam War and a Showtime documentary about the New York Times that aired earlier this year.
