B.B’s “Mice or Men” video is a country masterpiece
The genderqueer cowboy is really back, y’all!
B.B., also known as Babeo Baggins, went country last year with the roaring "Thunderbird". Recently, they came back strong with a pair of emotional singles called "Transformation" and "Mice or Men," where they show off their songwriting chops with confessional lyrics that will quickly convert any "anti-country music" fans. Today, The FADER is premiering the video for "Mice or Men," which depicts a western romance gone tragic. Arshum Rouhanian wrote the story, directed, and edited the clip.
In an email, B.B. explained where the song and video's heartbreaking message are all about. "Mice or Men is the first single the project Evil. It's a song about love and loss, this video is a representation of that. Sometimes the things you love most can be the death of you."
