September 21 will see the release of a new Prince project called Piano & A Microphone 1983, collecting home recordings the artist made in Chanhassen, Minnesota. "Why The Butterflies" is the latest song to emerge, and you can listen below. "Why The Butterflies" follows "Mary Don't You Weep," which appeared in Spike Lee's BlacKkKlansman, and a demo version of the "Purple Rain" b-side "17 Days."
