YNW Melly arrested in Florida on marijuana charges
“I’ll be out before my tour,” the rapper wrote on Instagram.
South Florida rapper YNW Melly has been arrested on two misdemeanour drug charges, according to a report in the South Florida Sun Sentinel.
The rapper (real name Jamell Maurice Demons) was arrested on "one count of possession of marijuana not more than 20 grams and possession and/or use of drug equipment." On Instagram, Melly assured fans he wouldn't be gone long, writing “I’ll be out before my tour.” His dates are scheduled to begin on January 27 in Atlanta.
