Solange shares “Beltway” video

Solange's newest album When I Get Home finds the artist using Houston iconography as a personal roadmap. On the Panda Bear-collab "Beltway," she evokes the TX-8 Beltway (which circles the city) to illustrate a highway hypnosis, of sorts. Today, she's sharing the song's video (previously only available as a piece of the album's short film on Apple Music), a collage of starry light fixtures and fragments of directions with a bit of cowboy realness toward the end.
