Lil Tecca album lands on the Billboard 200 top 5
The album pulled in over 60,000 in equivalent album units.
Despite dropping hints at an early retirement, Lil Tecca’s debut album We Love You Tecca has cracked the Billboard 200 top 5. The album landed at No. 4 on the chart with 68,000 equivalent album units with 4,000 of those being in pure album sales.
Tecca recently took to Twitter to imply that he’ll be retiring from music, tweeting he “could care less about sum $$ if im not happy.” He later added, “love y’all but this shit won’t b continuing as long as y’all thought.”
Tecca’s sales were heavily boosted by his single “Ransom,” which has topped the Streaming Song chart for the last two weeks.
