Gucci Mane threatens to slap DJ Envy in Breakfast Club dispute
Guwop believes he has been banned from The Breakfast Club, something the hosts deny.
Gucci Mane gave an in-depth interview to Charlamagne Tha God on Monday, October 21, in which he touched on his belief that he's been banned from The Breakfast Club. Charlamagne denied the rumor but that didn't stop Gucci from criticizing co-hosts Angela Yee and DJ Envy, whom he labelled a "punkass bitch" and a "pussy," respectively.
"It came from that punkass bitch and DJ Envy. He's a pussy, too," Gucci said of the radio DJs. "I'm gonna give him his face-to-face because me and him never had no issue. I'm gonna confront him about what he and Angela did."
Gucci also threatened Envy with violence should they come face to face. "I'ma confront him about what he and Angela did, and if he come at me wrong, I'ma slap the shit out him," he said. "It ain't gonna be his first time getting slapped," he said.
Envy subsequently repsonded to Gucci's comments via Instagram. "This isn’t the 1st time I’ve been threatened by an artist and probably won’t be the last time," Envy wrote. "I never been slapped, or snuffed or jumped before so not sure where that came from... but funny by all means... @laflare1017 was never banned from the @breakfastclubam."
