A$AP Rocky to return to Sweden for one-off headline show
Rocky will be back in Stockholm in December for a live show.
A$AP Rocky has announced details of a headline show in Stockholm, Sweden next month. The show will mark the first time the rapper has returned to Sweden since he spent a month detained in jail after being arrested in July.
Rocky will play at the Ericsson Globe on Wednesday, December 11. Tickets are available from November 12 and a portion of proceeds from the show will be donated to FARR, a newtork of refugee support groups based in Sweden.
The rapper was handed a two-year suspended sentence on August 14 after being found guilty of assault. He was arrested following an altercation in the city prior to a festival appearance. Rocky's case attracted international attention. Kim Kardashian and her husband Kanye West lobbied President Donald Trump to intervene — Trump subsequently sent off a series of tweets and ordered the country's Presidential envoy for hostage affairs to oversee Rocky's trial.
Since his release Rocky has released new song "Babushka Boi."
