Yung Lean drops new single “Boylife In EU,” announces world tour
Watch a truly zany new video for the Whitearmor-produced track.
Yung Lean has arrived with his first new single of the year, "Boylife In EU." The Whitearmor-produced track has Lean at his most subdued, "pretending that everything is well," only to use that sorrow as a launching pad for a chorus that's pure euphoria.
The single arrives with a vibrant new video that has Drain Gang dialing up the screwball antics on what appears to be the set of a children's television show, with Lean, Bladee, Ecco2k, and (presumably) Whitearmor playing into their most cartoonish selves. Is it a performance? Is this just how boylife goes? Lean's leaving it up to you to decide.
"Boylife In EU" marks Yung Lean's first solo track since he dropped "Blue Plastic" back in November. This coming spring, he'll tour the new tracks with nine newly announced dates across Europe and North America. The news comes just on the heels of Bladee and Ecco2k's recent tour announcements — they'll also be playing North American gigs this spring.
