Alex Mali’s “Good Good” video is a celebration in itself
Off her new EP, Phenom.
Everything rising Brooklyn pop artist Alex Mali touches has an organic exuberance about it. We were big fans of her single "I Know" earlier this summer, and just last month, she dropped a new EP titled Phenom. One of its dreamiest tracks, "Good Good," finds her tapping into her Caribbean roots and delivering something that'd sound great blasted at Carnival. While mass gatherings remain on hiatus, Mali's new video for the track has her starting up her own celebration in Brooklyn's Grand Army Plaza.
“It’s such a downer that many of us, including myself, will not be attending the Labor Day Carnival or any Carnival this year,” Mali said in a press release. “I truly hope everyone has as much fun at home as we did on set and that it encourages those who haven’t to attend when the world is back in service.” Check out the "Good Good" video above, and steam Phenom below.
