PinkPantheress shares new song “Boy’s a liar”
The U.K. artist’s latest single is produced by Mura Masa.
Just over two weeks after sharing her anticipated Kaytranada collaboration "Do You Miss Me?" PinkPantheress returns with another new single called "Boy's a liar."
The English pop sensation, who started off making U.K. garage tracks in her room and catapulted to global stardom via TikTok, has flexed her innate pop star muscle considerably this year without compromising what pulls her ear. "Boy's a liar," co-produced by Mura Masa, continues that path: it has a kick drum beat inspired by club music (as well as Jersey's signature bed squeaks) but the twinkling harpsichord melody and PinkPantheress's indelibly garage-esque presence both seem to indicate that she's not done with her roots just yet.
“Boy's a liar' is the song I'm most excited to put out," PinkPantheress said in a press statement. "Me and Mura Masa wanted to create a fun track together about a common theme this time of year, boys being LIARS."
This year, PinkPantheress has collaborated with Willow, Mura Masa, and Sam Gelliatry.
