The incident took place at Main Street Armory and reportedly started when fans thought they heard gunfire inside the venue, leading to a stampede. Police found “no evidence to support a shooting having occurred” inside the venue, Rochester Police Lieutenant Nicholas Adams said in a statement.

“The injuries appear to be as a result of a large crowd pushing towards the exits following accounts of individuals hearing what they believed to be gunshots,” Adams explained.

GloRilla addressed the incident in a tweet posted shortly after the concert ended. “I’m just now hearing about what happened wtf… praying everybody is ok.”
