Adekunle Gold releases three sexy new singles
The three-track bundle Tio Tequila comes ahead of his Def Jam debut, due out this summer.
Nigerian-born Afrobeats artist Adekunle Gold has released a three-track tape titled Tio Tequila. The pack includes his previously-released “Party No Dey Stop” featuring Zinoleesky and two new singles, “Do You Mind” and “Omo Eko.”
The summer-ready songs combine Afrobeats, R&B and amapiano and were produced by fellow Nigerian record producer and GRAMMY winner Kel-P.
“‘Tio Tequila’ is a metaphor for where I’m at in life right now,” Gold told The FADER. “I’m happy and I just want to celebrate my wins and we should all feel the same. The three songs are a taster for what’s to come on my next album; they’re uplifting and will get you in the mood to party.”
