A woman was stabbed at a Lil Durk concert in Chicago on Saturday, August 12. The same show came to a chaotic end when the audience was evacuated amid reports of an active shooter at the United Center. Police have since confirmed to ABC7 Chicago that the report was a hoax.

Durk was performing in his hometown as part of the WGCI Summer Jam show. Police have confirmed that one woman, age 20, was stabbed at around 9:25 p.m. She was able to report the incident to police herself, claiming it began when she got into an argument with a group of three women. A fourth person, male, is then alleged to have stabbed her in the forehead. The victim received medical treatment on the scene before going into the 12th District station file a report, where she refused additional medical treatment.

In a statement, the United Center said they ended the show early after receiving reports of a shooter.

"We are working closely with authorities to investigate all incidents from last evening at the WGCI Summer Jam show. It became apparent for all involved that ending the show early was in everyone's best interest as the safety of our guests and employees is a priority. We are thankful that initial incident reports were false and that guests exited the facility safely."

The day after the show, Durk posted an Instagram Story (seen by The FADER) addressing the incident and also referencing audience members who were filmed looting the merchandise stand at the United Center while the venue was being evacuated.
