When we first saw the video for "Welcome Back" we were like Ehhh, you could do better Young Jeezy and Gabriel Hart, but the more we thought about it, the more positioning Jeezy as a rap road warrior hopping from stadium to stadium in a whirlwind of gothic Shawty Redd beats made sense. Dude was talking about the recession way before it was cool to talk about the recession, of course he'd release a video showcasing his intense dedication to the grind, even if the grind happens to involve playing jams to hundreds of thousands of adoring fans.
