The first thing you see in the Neistat office is rows of cords against the wall, running out to a huge array of light bulbs. Casey Neistat did that himself, as he did with most everything in the Tribeca space, and, it seems, his life. He and his brother Van, who recently moved to California, are the stars of The Neistat Brothers, undoubtedly the only HBO show to be shot on cameras worth less than a decent haircut. We spoke with him about how the medium is not necessarily the message, but still mightily important.
