This song from LA producer Terrace Martin's Sex EP collaboration with Devi Dev has a percussion mix that sounds like the middle chamber grumble at the center of a midsized, half clean/half resin-ed bong and flutes that lift off it like the new creeping body-high you're trying to contain. It's a perfect, welcome pair for Snoop's soul-reclined pimp talking, but there's some gnarly phrases thrown out here too, that when a girl has low self esteem he's okay to "take advantage" and that he doesn't "like to vote" or for girls to eat "fruits and vegetables." We believe, actually, that Snoop is likely kindhearted with the women around him and his kid's football teammates, etc. But its an almost-total spoiler to hear fresh foodstuffs diminished. Did you know that this month Georgia state representative Paul Broun said that the federal CDC's recommending folks eat fruits and vegetables every day was forceful, negative socialism of the highest order? Vitamin and fiber packed colorful vegetables are delicious and life saving. Not having access to real food, the strange confluence of obesity and hunger; all not a joke. Get with the program!
