In West Indian culture the term wotless is usually ascribed to someone behaving in a manner that would bring shame and disgust to themselves, their family, or bystanders who are willing to join in with eye rolls and teeth sucking. But even though it's impolite, we identify with the wotless state of mind that Kes and the crew sing about here. Its all about that moment of the party when you've had about three drinks, the DJ drops the biggest tune and you surrender to the rapture of the beat, not giving a shit who sees you whining and grinding away—the climax, the moment when a mere party turns into a Fete. Kes says that "It feels like a just spend a million dollars", but we say its priceless and no matter how embarrassing we're acting wouldn't care if our mothers' walked in the front door.
