The plot of this video is basically that Gucci Mane escapes from prison, runs what seems like only a mile away, smokes some weed and then gets facial reconstruction surgery so he can blend in with normal society. It actually works great as a visual accompaniment to the track—one of the higher-highlights from The Appeal—and also feels a lot heavier now that he has an ice cream cone permanently inked into his face, further pushing the entire angle of this song and also the angle of if this video were real life he would be caught in like two seconds because he has a tattoo of an ice cream cone on his face.
