Lykke Li's MTV Unplugged episode will air this Thursday at 9PM, but Entertainment Weekly has posted a preview of the first-ever live performance of "Possibility," Li's brooding contribution to the Twilight Saga: New Moon soundtrack. Check out the performance here, and be sure to tune in to the entire episode—which will include acoustic versions of "Dance Dance Dance", "Sadness Is a Blessing", "I Know Places", and "Jerome", as well as a cover of the Big Pink's "Velvet"—this Thursday.
We were super stoked to be in the house last month for the taping of Lykke Li's MTV Unplugged. Literally counted down the days and finally its airing this Thursday. We doubt MTV will air all of the Lykke's cute moments between takes— her baby-potty mouth, purring vocal exercises and jubilant down-time dances, but the intimacy and haunting nature of Lykke's performance will no doubt come through.
