On February 6th and 7th, Jay-Z will take the stage at the legendary Carnegie Hall, joining the ranks with the few other rappers who have performed there, including Wyclef Jean and MC Lyte. It has been reported that the concerts are charity functions that will benefit the United Way of New York City in assistance to expand the Shawn Carter Scholarship Foundation. Tickets will be sold privately beginning December 12th and a limited amount will be open to the public on January 30th.
