Bon Iver is set to release a new single for "Towers" off his 2011 album Bon Iver, the B-side of which will be a cover of John Prine's mournful ballad "Bruised Orange (Chain of Sorrow)." It's an ambling downer, laced with a strain of optimism, i.e. life's tough, but you can be tougher. You can gaze out the window get mad and get madder/ Throw your hands in the air, say "What does it matter?"/ But it don't do no good to get angry/ So help me I know. "Towers" is out January 23rd on 4AD.
