Although Baltimorean Caddy Da Don's "Cookamonga" has existed in one form or another for several months, he recently re-released the track with a cameo from Future. The DBanks-produced beat is a busy avalanche of chopped vocal samples bubbling like a percolator, punctuated by buzzsaw synthesizers and tied together by a T-Pain-esque pop chorus. Not only should it prove to be a potential breakthrough for rising star Caddy, but, in a just world, a crossover pop anthem as well.
