In the middle of a too-long, pre-summer Friday, UK's elusive Jai Paul gives us something to be even antsier about. Featuring his tiny coo, lazy swing and a computer speaker-killing low end, "Jasmine," is Paul's first release since 2010's oft-sampled "BTSU."
