Although Tree is one of the members of Project Mayhem, the group's overall style is different than his sound; from "Lo Sweatas" to "Just Chill,", both from 2009's Mayhem Machine, Project Mayhem's approach has been one of suave sophistication. "Dope Party," which samples John Klemmer's smooth jazz song "Humbling Love," is an especially strong example of Mayhem's poised technique. It's from their most recent tape, Middle America, which came out earlier this week.
