R&B risk-taker Miguel files the last installment of his Art Dealer Chic series, self-producing two of its tracks. In stark contrast, previous Art Dealer Chic collaborator, producer Fisticuffs, builds a grimy backdrop for Miguel's unflinching falsetto with electric guitars on "Ooh Ahh!," but the highlight here may be closer "Candles in the Sun, Blowing in the Wind," a spare ballad that rides on thick, trunk-buzzing bass. Loosely referencing William Devaughn's "Be Thankful For What You Got" the song isn't consumed by its points of reference, it sounds entirely Miguel's own.
