The first thing we noticed about this young lady were her long braids tied up on top, like Janet Jackson in the 90s, a sort of Poetic Justice braid comeback. She also told us her mother brought this dress directly from Kenya, and it was the very first time she wore it when we spotted her. Her colorful Kenyan dress, faded pink lipstick and simple, off-white Converse give her a little-girl big-city vibe and we love the whole package.
