Phone Tag, brainchild of Brooklyn's Gryphon Graham, excises bad vibes with positive instrumentation on his new single "Ghost Behind," a bubbling disco take on dragging one foot in front of the other when you baggage weights you down. New York-via-Sierra Leone producer Lamin Fofana contributes a fairly scaled-back remix, hinging on a squelching synth melody, hi hats that almost chirp and a surprising hip-hop ending. The two songs are compiled with remixes by Javelin and others on Phone Tag's Ghosts Behind EP, out July 24th and his self-titled LP is due September 18th, both via Dutty Artz.
