Yesterday it was announced that in lieu of Terius Nash bka The-Dream's promised fourth album, Love IV MMXII, he will be releasing last year's free mixtape 1977 as a commercial effort on December 18. Nash, who was recently named VP of Def Jam A&R, will be adding new material to the release, including "AK-47." The cut is a layer cake of many of The-Dream's favorite elements, including whirling electro-flourishes, jubilant piano keystrokes and bizarro romantic metaphors. Still no word on if or when Love IV will be released.
